If you’re interested in any of the above positions, please make sure you have applied on my agency website first.

If you’ve already applied on then please just email me with your interest!

1.  Ann Arbor family needs full-time (up to 50 hours/week) nanny/house manager for their 3 children.M-F 8-6pm. Family will pay for overtime hours. They have twin 15 month old girls and a 5 year old boy. Start date is flexible but ASAP. Pay rate is DOE and very competitive.  Mom will be home (or in and out) on Thursdays and Fridays. Nanny must be comfortable co-nannying with the Mom. She would like to ask the nanny to trade kids/tasks with her ie: Mom was just doing the laundry and the nanny was playing with the twins, now Mom would like nanny to go finish up the laundry while Mom spends some quality time with the twins. The nanny will most likely be doing more house management on Th/Fri. Nanny must get her flu shot and T-Dap vaccine.

Nanny must be willing to have a long term position. They’ve had nannies before (one was with them for 3.5 years), and give 3 weeks paid vacation plus paid holidays. They like having a nanny feel comfortable in their home, and with the parents. Family could do cash or taxed. This position does require some housekeeping/food prep/organizational skills. The family has a housekeeper, but it’d be nice if the nanny could help in between major cleans. Clean driving record is a must. Non-smoker. They would prefer someone a little older, or at least a very mature younger person. Mom is a little type-A, so someone who can take initiative and be organized is preferred. Start date: ASAP.

2. Grosse Pointe family needs 2  house manager/nannies for their 2 boys. Boys are 7 and 11. The 11 year old goes to school and lives at the house full time. He has Williams Syndrome (google it). He’s extremely high functioning. Technically in special needs classes, but he’s right on the edge of being able to go into general public schools. 7 year old will be there every other week (shared custody with his Mom).

Family needs 6 days a week, 70 hours a week. M-Sat 7am-6:30pm This will be split between two nannies. Both nannies will get 35 hours per week guaranteed. Both nannies will do 3 days per week. 1st week will be MWFr, 2nd week will be TThSa then you swap back to MWFr etc. Each nanny will work 2 Saturdays per month.

Family prefers someone a little older, maybe 30-60 years of age. They need someone reliable, timely, responsible and experienced. Position is $17/hr. Must have a clean background check, non-smoking, clean driving record, 2+ years of experience, reachable references and make a 1-year commitment at least. Paid vacation will be offered after the nanny has been with the family for 3 months. Family does travel domestically and internationally a few times per year, and would like to hire a nanny who would be willing to come along (all expenses paid of course). This is not a must, but preferred.

This family needs someone to do very light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal prep, make breakfasts and lunch for kids, dinner for family, run errands, make appointments, organizing etc, while the boys are in school. Mom is extremely organized with shopping lists, meal plans, recipes etc, so as long as someone can follow a recipe, and direction, they will be fine. They currently have a nanny/house manager/property manager on duty until May 1st. She will be training the new nannies/house managers. Start date May 1st.

3. Saline family needs an approximately 35 hour a week nanny for their two children ages 12 and 10. The hours are M-F 3-9 pm. Oftentimes the Mom comes home earlier than 9, but that would most likely be the latest they would keep you. Position starts early May . Mom travels, so someone who is flexible (with advanced notice) is required. Occasionally the family will need before school help (maybe 3 times per month) some overnights (maybe 4 per night) and very occasional weekend hours (with advance notice). Family is paying a weekly salary of around $500+. This is a taxed position, and it is around $26k+ yearly. They could also pay hourly (with guaranteed hours) instead of a weekly salary if the nanny prefers.

Family requires that the nanny has their own, reliable vehicle to pick ups and drop offs. They had a nanny who has been with them for 4 years. This family treats their nanny like family, and hopes to find someone who is very comfortable with them. They hope to pay a livable yearly wage so the nanny can be more flexible for their family. This is a really amazing family, the Mom is easy to work with and the kids are so sweet!

In the summer, the hours will be a little more than 35, but the nanny also gets 4 paid weeks of vacation. So the average hours for the year are 35, but in the school year will most likely be less. Helping the children do their chores (laundry, put away dishes, homework) is a must. Some help with the family laundry would be helpful and just general tidying up. Homework help is really the biggest job responsibility, so someone who is college educated is preferred (6th grade math is hard!). Must be a non-smoker. Someone who brings their own child to work may apply. This is a long term position. Family can be flexible on salary/hours etc for the right candidate.

4. West Bloomfield family needs a full time nanny for their 2 little girls, ages 3 and 5. This will be a long term position. Hours are M-F 8-6. Pay is negotiable, around $16/hr taxed. Both girls will be home in the summer, but 5 year old will go to school in the fall. This position could start now, on a part time basis and move to full time. Or the position can start full time in June. The family had the 3 year old in Montessori school previously, but would consider dropping the school completely in the Fall as long as the nanny had an interest in teaching her. The family also has the option (depending on what the nanny wants) to put her in Montessori part time and have the nanny the other days. For right now, we can assume that this will be a long term, full time position.

The family needs someone who can handle the activity of two adorable, rambunctious little girls. They also need someone who is stern, but still loving. The family is absolutely wonderful. They are very flexible, understanding, and caring. They will be offering paid vacation and paid holidays. Local outings for the girls is encouraged, nanny needs to have her own well-maintained vehicle for use (with reimbursement).

This family would love to have someone who has worked as a teacher, especially someone with a Montessori background. If someone has their college education, that would be a plus. Also, if someone knew how to play the piano and could teach the girls a thing or two, that’d be nice. None of these items are necessary, just helpful. This family needs a non-smoker, and someone who has at least 3 years or nannying experience.

5. Madison Heights family needs a full time nanny for their 2 year old boy. Parents works from home (dad only 3 days per week). They stay upstairs, but do come down to eat meals etc. 40 hours a week M-F. M-Th 10am-7pm. Friday 2-6pm. Occasional weekend help with advance notice. Family does travel domestically and internationally, so a nanny needs to have a passport and feel comfortable travelling. Namely, the family would like to ‘escape winter’ with the nanny in Costa Rica from January- March.

$12.50/hr guaranteed $500/week. Paid bi-weekly, via check. All expenses paid when travelling. Family will offer 2 weeks paid vacation, sick days, and paid holidays off. Family currently has a nanny, and she will be there until June 20th. Family would ideally like someone who also speaks Spanish, and has knowledge/interest in Montessori. This family is very natural, and believes in holistic wellness. Someone who is self aware, adventurous and grounded is needed.
Nanny duties include but not limited to: dishes, wiping down counters, putting child’s toys away, organizing his room, meal prep, driving to/from activities, and laundry help for the family. Family is very excited to open their home to a new member of their family, and start travelling the world!

  1. Grosse Pointe family needs a full time nanny for their two girls, ages 4 and 2. They are looking for someone long term, who is available M-Th from 7:45am-5 or 6pm (between 36-40 hours). Family would also like someone who would be available for date nights/weekend/vacation help on occasion. They have a nanny currently, but she is not available any longer (because of school) for the hours the family needs. They would like to have someone in place soon, but are willing to wait for the right person. This is a long term position. Family has a housekeeper twice a month, but hopes the nanny is tidy and can help with dishes. No family or children’s laundry duties.

They are paying between $14-16/hr taxed. 4 year old goes to preschool in town on MWF until 11:45am. Mom drops off, but nanny does pick up. Nanny can use Dad’s vehicle while on duty. Family hopes to find a nanny who wants to take the girls to parks, the library, zoo etc. This family also has a 10 year old pug, with a fenced in backyard. Good driving record and clean background check is a must. They prefer someone either working on their college degree or someone who has finished their degree. They prefer someone with a background in education/childcare. No one in this family has allergies or any special needs. Nanny is welcome to eat their food. They treat their current nanny like family, and can’t wait to incorporate a new nanny into their life!

  1. Romeo single Mom is looking for a full time nanny for her two children, a one year old girl and 4 year old boy. They are looking for M-F 1pm-9pm. $15/hr cash. They are looking for someone beginning of February. They are looking for someone young, energetic and a nanny who takes initiative. Some of the duties involved in this position include: driving 4 year old back and forth from school, children’s laundry, cleaning bottles, making basic lunch/dinner meals for the kids and helping 4 year old get ready for kindergarten. They would like someone long term, at least a year or more.

Mom is a stay at home Mom, so she will be in and out of the house. She however, is not a helicopter Mom, and doesn’t mind letting the nanny take control. This Mom is very interested in having a nanny who gets along with the kids (especially the 4 year old, who had a nanny prior and was very close to her) and has fun! She wants someone professional, career minded, and someone who wants to stay long term. Someone who is comfortable travelling with the family is encouraged to apply.

  1. Lake Orion family needs part time nanny for their three kids ages 11, 8, 6. The hours are M-F from 2:30-6pm. Family is paying $16+/hr taxed. Family will guarantee 17.5 hours per week even if they come home early, go on vacation etc. They will offer mileage reimbursement, and a few vacation days. They have never hired a nanny, but are managers in their professions.

The family needs any applicant to run a driving record on herself by requesting it on the SOS website or at any branch location. You must show your driving record to either myself or the family during your interview (prior to hiring). The family will reimburse for this expense (It’s $11 to do it online, but takes several weeks to come in, or you can pay $12 and get it immediately from the branch) upon hire. No texting and driving. 2 out of the 3 children have food allergies which require the nanny to be trained in using an EpiPen.

This job is mostly just getting the kids home from school, get a snack, and then shuffling them to various activities (dance, soccer etc). In the summer, the family could put the kids in day-camps (nanny hours would still be 2:30-6) or if the nanny wanted to work full time they could do that as well. They are flexible for the right person. This is a long term position.Family will request date nights from nanny also if available.

This family is willing to hire someone who is a college student (only if nanny agrees to schedule classes around the needs of the family) all the way up to a retired person who doesn’t have much else going on. They are open to hiring someone who is new to the nanny world. Must be a non-smoker, very responsible and reliable. Position starts ASAP!

  1. Rochester family seeks a part time nanny for a stay at home Mom and a busy, travelling Dad. Family has a 3.5 year old girl and a 1 month old boy. They would like someone to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-5, and then add on Wednesdays from 10-5 after a few months of employment. Position starts ASAP.

This family is paying a great hourly wage ($16++), and is hoping to find someone on the younger side (even as young as 18 or 19), but they are open to all ages. This family would like to have a nanny stay with them for about least a year, maybe longer. Someone who is a newer nanny, is welcome to apply for this job. You must have experience handling breastmilk. Mom will be in and out of the home, so you must be comfortable with that arrangement. This family has two cats and one very well-behaved dog. Mom has Celiac disease and would like someone to be able to adhere to a gluten free household.

  1. Birmingham single Dad needs a full time nanny for his little girl who is 10 months old. Hours are MWF from 7am-3pm. T/Th start time is at 8am. (38 hours) $15 +/hr cash. There are also 2 teenage daughters but they will be in school the whole time. During the summer the older girls might be in and out of the house, but the nanny won’t have to ‘take care’ of them, possibly give them rides occasionally. Job duties for the baby include: light meal prep, maybe help with laundry, and general tidying up.

Dad has never hired a nanny before. The baby has not been around strangers alone before, so she is quite shy. Someone with patience and a lot of love is needed! He needs someone to start asap, as he is currently going through a separation and needs the help. This is long term position. Hours will not change during the summer unless the nanny needs the hours to change. He was thinking about having the 17 year old daughter help out, so he can be flexible for the right person. His preference would be for the nanny to continue working full time all year round. Previous nanny experience is needed.

Family lives in an apartment. Parks and libraries nearby. Nanny must be a non-smoker and have a clean background check. Family has a medium sized beagle who stays in her cage upstairs. Nanny has no duties having to do with the dog. This position starts asap!
