Start Date: Within 4 weeks (flexible)
Schedule: 2 days, flexible on which 2 days, consistent schedule, 9-5 with occasional flexibility on switching days
Hours Guaranteed: 16 hours/week
Compensation: $25+/hour gross W2
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 3--5 paid sick days, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, access to private neighborhood park, activity reimbursements

This down-to-earth, thoughtful family is seeking a dependable, loving, and experienced nanny to care for their first child, a sweet 7-month-old baby girl. Both parents work from home and value open communication, reliability, and someone who genuinely enjoys supporting infant development. The family is health-conscious and would like a nanny who respects cleanliness and takes basic health precautions seriously, due to mom's autoimmune condition(Celiac).
Ideal Candidate:
- The family is seeking a female nanny, age 25--65, who is:
- Warm, nurturing, and developmentally-minded
- Experienced with infants and comfortable caring for babies under 1 year
- CPR and First Aid certified (required)
- Fully vaccinated (COVID + flu)
- Organized, dependable, and communicates well with parents
- Open to evolving schedule as mom completes graduate school
- Comfortable with two small dogs in the home (no pet care duties)
- Preferred but not required:
- Background in early childhood education
- Health-conscious approach to food and caregiving
- Familiarity with gentle discipline philosophies
Duties:
- Engage baby in age-appropriate play and activities
- Diapering, bottle feeding, preparing purees (optional), nap support
- Baby laundry and bottle cleaning
- Tidying nursery/play area and baby dishes
- No general housekeeping or pet care
Additional Details:
- Family provides car for child-related travel
